Dr. Heath Trowell - Medical Director
Dr. Heath Trowell is Board Certified in Family Medicine and an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician. Having a firm grasp on a variety of practice scenarios, he is highly skilled in assessing and treating acute and chronic medical problems with many modalities. Dr. Heath is very passionate about treating patients from a holistic approach and using medication only when truly needed. IV hydration therapy has become a conservative treatment modality for many ailments as well as improving in the field of life and aging.
Dr. Heath Trowell is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BSBA in Finance and Insurance with Honors. He continued at the University of Florida and received a Master’s Degree in International Business with a concentration in International Finance with Honors. He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean in St Maarten, NA, where he also received a Masters of Medical Science degree. After medical school, Dr. Heath spent his intern year at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, GA. The next two years he finished his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
Dr. Heath owns a MedSpa and Concierge practice in Acworth, GA with his wife Dr. Ashley Trowell. Dr. Trowell is also a full-time ER physician at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, GA.
Mariah Robinson - Health and Wellness Coach
Mariah is originally from West Virginia. She received her Bachelor’s degree at Marshall University (go Herd!) in Public Health and is a certified Cryo Tech. She has been in the medical field since receiving her degree and is passionate about overall wellness. Mariah is a former athlete so she understands the importance of recovery! She loves helping people and getting people back on their A-game mentally and physically. When Mariah isn’t at ActIVate, you can catch her working on her small life coaching business or in the gym!
Aaron Lowery - Licensed Massage Therapist
Aaron graduated in 2001 from Atlanta School of Massage, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. With over 18 year of experience, his main goal is to continually strive to “improve the quality of life for people.”
He is skilled with several techniques, including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Injuries, Neck and Back Pain. Aaron customizes his techniques to meet each individual’s needs.
Briar Boggs - Health and Wellness Coach
Briar has worked in the Health & Wellness Industry for a few years now… But has been an athlete his entire life! This combined experience has given him the comprehensive understanding of the body and what it needs to recover. As a former athlete and current active life stylist, Briar knows the strain that the body can go through and how it affects our overall mood. He is passionate about maximizing recovery speed and creating an environment for our clients that is both relaxing and productive. He can’t wait to see you walk out of that door feeling better than when you walked in!
Jason Dorminy - Stretch Therapist
You were made to move. If you are frustrated because you don’t move as well as you think you should due to nagging aches and pains, I want to help you regain movement that is easy and comfortable. Perhaps you are an athlete and you believe you are too stiff, too tight, and too sore, too often. I want to help you restore your freedom of movement so you can maximize your athletic performance.
For almost 20 years, I have worked as a Fitness Coach, helping individuals renew their bodies, restore their health, and recover their lives. From those eight years old to ninety-eight, from the homebound to the professional athlete, I have been blessed with the opportunity to guide and support so many wonderful individuals as they get their bodies back on track, stop missing out on life, and establish health for their future.

Robbie Cato - Health & Wellness Pro
Co-owner, Robbie Cato, is a Dad of three very active boys and very involved in the community. When he is not selling medical equipment and supplies, he is a football, basketball, and baseball coach to his boys and sits on the board of a local youth sports program. As a former college football player, Robbie is passionate about maximizing performance and creating an environment that sets his clients up for a healthy and energetic lifestyle.
Billy Bennett - Health & Wellness Pro
Co-owner, Billy Bennett, is a local business owner and proud father of three children who participate in a variety of sports. Billy is actively involved in the community having coached football and lacrosse for over a decade. Billy knows the benefits of cryotherapy and massage therapy on a personal level as well as helping athletes to recover. When Billy suffered a debilitating back injury, cryotherapy was the key to his recovery. He regained mobility and noticed immediate relief from the intense pain. At Hydration Station, Billy’s goal is to create an environment where clients can relax, refuel, and restore.
Hope Smith - Health and Wellness Coach
Hope has been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. Growing up playing sports and being very active as an adult has led her to find the best ways to recover. She loves to help others be the best version of themselves. Cryotherapy is her favorite way to recover and to help fight the aging process. Hope knows the importance of giving your body the best resources to recover and relax will lead to a good life!
Ben Hawk - IV Infusion Specialist
Benjamin has been a member of the medical community for 16 years. He is nationally registered and state licensed as a paramedic. Benjamin has extensive background in austere medicine, having deployed as a medic in support of the Global War on Terror with the Department of Defense, Department of State, and in support of the National Security Agency's directives to protect vital resources necessary for the continuation of this great nation. As a result of his travels, he was given the opportunity to be trained by and alongside some of the finest physicians the world has ever seen, giving him an unique perspective into the healthcare and wellness industry as a whole. Most recently Benjamin was employed by Grady Health System as a paramedic for the 911 system serving as citizens of Atlanta. He was serving in Atlanta when the Covid-19 outbreak began and saw the need for more experienced providers in New York City and volunteered to help treat the hardest hit area of the nation, by building field hospitals and treating those infected with the virus. Recently, Benjamin has come on full time at the Hydration Station to be able to spend more time with his two young children and focus on continuing his education and rise in the medical ranks.
B Owenby - Paramedic
B is a Paramedic and has been in the medical, public safety field for over 17 years. He has operated in a vast amount of capacities from firefighter, paramedic, EMS operations supervisor, fugitive recovery agent, and much more. He has transitioned full-time here to focus on more of a proactive care approach for others rather than reactive. His knowledge and experience in emergency medicine and the human body make him a vital asset to our team. When not caring for others he likes to spend quality time with his two children, Mason and Madison.
