Dr. Heath Trowell - Medical Director
Dr. Heath Trowell is Board Certified in Family Medicine and an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician. Having a firm grasp on a variety of practice scenarios, he is highly skilled in assessing and treating acute and chronic medical problems with many modalities. Dr. Heath is very passionate about treating patients from a holistic approach and using medication only when truly needed. IV hydration therapy has become a conservative treatment modality for many ailments as well as improving in the field of life and aging.
Dr. Heath Trowell is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BSBA in Finance and Insurance with Honors. He continued at the University of Florida and received a Master’s Degree in International Business with a concentration in International Finance with Honors. He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean in St Maarten, NA, where he also received a Masters of Medical Science degree. After medical school, Dr. Heath spent his intern year at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, GA. The next two years he finished his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
Dr. Heath owns a MedSpa and Concierge practice in Acworth, GA with his wife Dr. Ashley Trowell. Dr. Trowell is also a full-time ER physician at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, GA.
Abby Etheriedge - Health & Wellness Coach
Abby has been an athlete her whole life. Because of her life-long dedication to sports, she understands the importance of allowing your body to recover and heal. She is passionate about all the services we offer here at Hydration Station, and watching the customers get the results they are looking for. When Abby is not at Hydration Station, you can catch her hanging out with friends and family or figure skating.
Aaron Lowery - Licensed Massage Therapist
Aaron graduated in 2001 from Atlanta School of Massage, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. With over 18 year of experience, his main goal is to continually strive to “improve the quality of life for people.”
He is skilled with several techniques, including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Injuries, Neck and Back Pain. Aaron customizes his techniques to meet each individual’s needs.
Ben Etheriedge - IV Infusion Specialist
Ben graduated from Lanier Tech in 2015 as an Advanced EMT and started working in Forsyth County on a 911 ambulance. Since then, Ben has received his associates degree in Paramedicine and has worked for multiple pre-hospital 911 services. Ben currently works as a paramedic in Forsyth County and at Hydration Station. He and his wife have a passion for serving others and furthering their careers in the medical field.
Tracy Cato - Health & Wellness Coach
Tracy Cato is a gym-loving mom of three active boys. Her passion for running and high-intensity workouts gives her a comprehensive understanding of the body and how it recovers. As a former college athlete, Tracy is passionate about maximizing performance and creating an environment that sets her clients up for a healthy and energetic lifestyle.
Jason Dorminy - Stretch Therapist
You were made to move. If you are frustrated because you don’t move as well as you think you should due to nagging aches and pains, I want to help you regain movement that is easy and comfortable. Perhaps you are an athlete and you believe you are too stiff, too tight, and too sore, too often. I want to help you restore your freedom of movement so you can maximize your athletic performance.
For almost 20 years, I have worked as a Fitness Coach, helping individuals renew their bodies, restore their health, and recover their lives. From those eight years old to ninety-eight, from the homebound to the professional athlete, I have been blessed with the opportunity to guide and support so many wonderful individuals as they get their bodies back on track, stop missing out on life, and establish health for their future.

Kristi Dowdy - IV Infusion Specialist
Kristi studied paramedicine, and graduated from Lanier Technical College in 2016. Kristi has been employed as an EMT, and as a Paramedic with Forsyth county EMS for the past 6 years. When not serving the community Kristi enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and two dogs.
Robbie Cato - Health & Wellness Pro
Co-owner, Robbie Cato, is a Dad of three very active boys and very involved in the community. When he is not selling medical equipment and supplies, he is a football, basketball, and baseball coach to his boys and sits on the board of a local youth sports program. As a former college football player, Robbie is passionate about maximizing performance and creating an environment that sets his clients up for a healthy and energetic lifestyle.
Billy Bennett - Health & Wellness Pro
Co-owner, Billy Bennett, is a local business owner and proud father of three children who participate in a variety of sports. Billy is actively involved in the community having coached football and lacrosse for over a decade. Billy knows the benefits of cryotherapy and massage therapy on a personal level as well as helping athletes to recover. When Billy suffered a debilitating back injury, cryotherapy was the key to his recovery. He regained mobility and noticed immediate relief from the intense pain. At Hydration Station, Billy’s goal is to create an environment where clients can relax, refuel, and restore.
Molly - Massage Therapist
Hi, I’m Molly. I recently moved from the lovely city of Savannah to the beautiful north Georgia city of Cumming. I have been practicing massage therapy for over a decade and my experiences in the industry continue to spur my interests and growth. I typically use a combination of restorative modalities, depending on your individual needs. Whether you are looking to indulge in relaxation, or you are in need of concentrated, therapeutic work, I am here for you.
Toni started her EMS career in 2003 as an EMT and became a Paramedic in 2013. After spending most of her career in south Georgia, she moved to Dahlonega in 2017. Toni has worked as a Paramedic in Forsyth County since 2017 and joined the Hydration Station team shortly after we opened. In her time off, Toni enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her friends and family.
